Consciously breathe deeply throughout the day but especially in the morning. Take deep full belly breaths.
Drink water – half of your weight in ounces each day.
Slow down, sit down and chew your food well at each meal. Thank your food.
Eat real food, more plants – preferably organic and home cooked.
