Love Your Liver — a 4-week transformational cleanse 

Start date: 4/22/20

Love Your Liver is a 4-week transformational cleanse program. You’ll have time before we dive into the actual cleanse to prepare yourself and gather all the essential foods and supplies you’ll need. And then after the 2-week cleanse, I’ll help you ease back into your regular routine. 

Throughout the program you will get delicious recipes to try and plenty of tips to support you to follow the path to feeling Gorgeously Healthy! You’ll be part of the Love Your Liver (Goddess cleansers) private Facebook group, where you’ll get support from and inspire others. Plus, you will have regular Zoom meetings with me. The first one will be on April 21, the day before we begin, and then every 4 to 5 days throughout the program. I will give you PDFs with all the information you will need, special tips I’ve gleaned over the years of doing cleansing to make it easier for you, and delicious recipes to make this cleanse fun and a breeze to do.

Week 1: pre-cleanse

During the first week you will get on track to making the most out of the cleanse. With the support of me and your tribe, you will truly commit to doing the Love Your Liver cleanse. We start with a plant-based whole foods diet plan. Over the course of the week, you’ll gently wean yourselfoff all caffeine, alcohol, dairy, sugar, processed foods, and animal products. You’ll be surprised how much more energy you’ll feel already! Weeks 2–3: cleanse

After making some diet changes, weeks 2 and 3 are the actual cleanse. This is the heart of the Love Your Liver program. During these couple weeks we have daily Facebook group check-ins. In addition, every 4 to 5 days our group will meet together via Zoom for  45 minutes to an hour, depending on what comes up. I’ve compiled some of my favorite tips and recipes that are clean and delicious. For many of you this cleanse will feel like you are really getting to the bottom of some old icky stuff, both physically and emotionally, that you are ready to let go of. You will feel lighter and brighter and have more clarity than ever. You may wonder why you hadn’t done it before because you never knew you could feel so great! Ready, set, GO!

Week 4: post-cleanse

This last week is devoted to re-seeding your gut and gently easing into your refreshed lifestyle. As you re-introduce a variety of food and activities, you may be surprised to see that you really don’t want sugar. You may even hold off on caffeine. You’ll feel light and empowered from the inside. Trust me. You’ll love how your body feels and your entire outlook on life will be rosier. Celebrate your new body and renewed Goddess self!
