The fifth chakra acts as a bridge between our minds and our hearts. It is the center of communication, our voice, creativity, self-expression and truth. When we express our feelings clearly, honestly and authentically, this area opens up and expands.
Emotionally this area will feel constrained when our voice is not allowed or heard, or when we are afraid to speak up and tell the truth.
