Put to do’s in your calendar in real time and allow enough space and time in between.

Make the first hour of the day for you. Avoid looking at e-mail or phone first thing.

Set 2-3 must do priority tasks in the morning and do them first.

Set a timer when you use social media.

Instead of saying yes right away, say “let me think about that and I’ll let you know”.

I manage my time well and choose to work on what matters most.

I have a morning routine that sets me up for a successful day.

My thoughts are loving, positive and encouraging to me.

I listen more than I speak.

I have excellent boundaries.

When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.
